Mitarbeiter Vertriebsinnendienst (w/m/d)

in unserer Unternehmenszentrale in Engelskirchen

(in Vollzeit)

Ihre Aufgaben bei und mit uns:

  • Beratung von Interessenten für unsere Weiterbildungen/Qualifizierungen/Aufstiegsfortbildungen per Telefon, E-Mail sowie online/digital
  • Erstellung von Angeboten, deren Nachverfolgung sowie Kundenbetreuung
  • Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Reklamationen

Ja, wir meinen genau Siel:

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Zu Ihren Stärken zählen sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und hohe Kundenorientierung
  • Vorzugsweise haben Sie bereits Erfahrung im Vertrieb/Verkauf, idealerweise in der Weiterbildungsbranche
  • Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen Sie aus
