  • -
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Angeboten, Aufträgen und Auftragsbestätigungen
  • -
  • Betreuung und Beratung unserer nationalen und internationalen Kunden
  • -
  • Terminüberwachung sowie Abstimmung mit Produktion, Logistik und Speditionen
  • -
  • Erstellung aller exportrelevanten Dokumente (z. B. Handelsrechnungen, Packlisten, Ursprungszeugnisse)
  • -
  • Zollabwicklung im Import und Export unter Beachtung der geltenden Vorschriften
  • -
  • Tarifierung von Waren sowie Pflege zollrelevanter Stammdaten
  • -
  • Kommunikation mit Zollbehörden, Spediteuren und externen Dienstleistern
  • -
  • Unterstützung des Außendienstes im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • -
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung und Klärung von Lieferabweichungen
  • Das bringst du mit:
  • -
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Außenhandel, Spedition oder Industrie
  • -
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst und/oder in der Zoll- und Exportabwicklung
  • -
  • Kenntnisse im Zoll- und Außenwirtschaftsrecht
  • -
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office
  • -
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • -
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • -
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
