Wir sind die Medizinischen Einrichtungen des Bezirks Oberpfalz. Rund 4.000 Expert:innen aus 60 Nationen arbeiten in unseren Kliniken, Pflegeheimen, Pflegeschulen oder unserem Bildungsinstitut. Wir sind spezialisiert auf die Fachgebiete Psychiatrie & Psychotherapie, Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie, Neurologie, Neurologische Rehabilitation, Neuroradiologie sowie Forensik. ## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung bevorzugt im kaufmännischen Bereich bzw. als Medizinischer Fachangestellter (w/m/d)
  • Erfahrung im Dienstleistungssektor und/oder im Empfangsbereich
  • Flexible Einsatzfähigkeit (Schicht-, Nacht- und Wochenenddienste)
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office)
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Souveränes und freundliches Auftreten sowie professionelle Umgangsformen und Hilfsbereitschaft
  • Belastbarkeit auch in Stresssituationen

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Auskunftserteilung mit Hilfe von EDV-Programmen
  • Telefonvermittlung
  • Anforderung und Koordination von Krankentransporten
  • Bedienung und Videoüberwachung der Schrankenanlage
  • Unterstützung im Notfallmanagement (Brandmeldungen, technische Störmeldungen, Katastrophenalarm)
