# Mitarbeiter (w/m/d) Facility Management

## Die Aufgaben

  • Interne Wartungen
  • Unterweisung, Koordination und Überwachung der Fremdfirmen und FFZ Beauftragten
  • Betriebsbegehung
  • Ausgabe und Bestandsprüfung der Arbeitskleidung
  • Interne Aufträge erstellen
  • Reparaturen nach festgestellten Mängeln während oder nach der Prüfung durchführen
  • Aufnahme und Inventarisierung von Elektrogeräten in der gesamten Liegenschaft
  • Aufrechterhaltung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit
  • Koordination der Feuerwehr bei Feuerwehreinsätzen
  • Unterweisung des FM Mitarbeiter

## Das Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, vorzugsweise mit technischem Hintergrund
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Facility Management und Anlagentechnik
  • Mindestens 2- 3 Jahre relevante Berufspraxis in vergleichbarer Position
  • Erfahrung im technischem Bereich
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Kosten- und prozessorientiertes Denken
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kooperationsfähigkeit und teamorientiertes Denken
  • Eigeninitiative, Leistungsbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
  • Kommunikationsbereitschaft
