What You Can Expect :

  • Du bedienst unsere Fahrzeugwaage eigenständig und führst das Ein- und Auswiegen von Lkw durch.
  • Du erstellst und bearbeitest Wiegescheine, Lieferscheine sowie weitere Transport- und Begleitdokumente.
  • Du prüfst Eingangsrechnungen und pflegst Bestands- und Lagerübersichten, damit alle Daten stets aktuell sind.
  • Du stehst im Austausch mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Geschäftspartnern und erfasst relevante Informationen in unseren betrieblichen Systemen.

What You Bring:

  • Du hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen in der Disposition, Logistik, im Waagengeschäft oder in der Verwaltung gesammelt.
  • Du gehst sicher mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen um und nutzt diese routiniert im Arbeitsalltag.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und sorgfältig und behältst auch bei mehreren Aufgaben den Überblick.
  • Du trittst freundlich und serviceorientiert auf, kommunizierst gerne mit Kunden und Fahrern und arbeitest gut im Team.
