Wir suchen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Examinierten Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) oder eine ähnliche Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der der professionellen Altenpflege
  • Empathie, Offenheit und Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
  • Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B1-Niveau)
  • Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Ermittlung des Pflegebedarfs der anvertrauten Pflegekunden
  • Aktivierende Grund- und Behandlungspflege sowie Betreuung
  • Ansprechpartner für Pflegekunden, Angehörige, Ärzte und Fachdienste
  • Unterstützung der Kollegen bei allen anfallenden Tätigkeiten vor Ort
  • Dokumentation im Pflegebericht
