Ihre Aufgabe:

  • Eingehende Waren und Materialien auf Menge und Identität überprüfen
  • Abgleich mit Wareneingangs- / Begleitpapieren
  • Be- und Entladung von LKWs, Buchung von Warenein- und Warenausgängen mittels SAP
  • Abweichungen erfassen, melden und in SAP erfassen
  • Erstellen von Lieferantenreklamationen
  • Bereitstellung der Waren
  • Einlagern der bereitgestellten Ware in Lagersysteme mittels Gabelstapler
  • Zusammenstellung von Leergutlieferungen und Erstellen von Lieferscheinen
  • Sendungsverladung mittels Transportgeräte (z. B. Gabelstapler)
  • Nach Vorgabe begleitete Bestandskontrollen durchführen
  • Unterstützung bei Inventuren
  • Entsorgung von Verpackungs- und fehlerhaften Produktionsmaterialien nach Vorgabe und Kennzeichnung
  • Überprüfung logistischer Prozesse anhand vorgegebener Prozessbeschreibungen
  • Erfassung und Auswertung von Frachtrechnungen

Welche Qualifikationen benötigen Sie?

  • Staplerschein und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Schubmaststaplern
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Wareneingang und Warenausgang
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Automobilindustrie

Was sollen Sie sonst mitbringen?

  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • SAP und MS-Office-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in 3 Schichten
