Für Tätigkeiten in einem renommierten Unternehmen in Hamburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Mitarbeiter Wartungsmanagement (m/w/d) für den militärischen Schiffbau

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Dokumentation von Wartungsprotokollen in der Wartungsdatenbank sowie Archivierung relevanter Unterlagen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung der Wartungsdatenbank inklusive Wartungsvorgaben
  • Koordination von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen für Anlagen und Geräte in Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen, Lieferanten und Bauwerften
  • Abstimmung von Wartungsvorgaben mit Lieferanten
  • Erstellung von Tätigkeitslisten und Protokollvorlagen für die militärische Fahrmannschaft
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für Wartungsthemen während der Lager-, Bau- und Fertigungsphase der Schiffe
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung projektspezifischer Dokumente (z. B. Verfahrensanweisungen, Formblätter, Vorlagen)
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung der Wartungsdatenbank

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Schiffbau oder Schiffsbetriebstechnik
  • Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise im Schiffbau, in der maritimen Industrie oder mit öffentlichen Auftraggebern
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Dienstleistern und Lieferanten
  • Routine im Umgang mit Datenbanken sowie in der Priorisierung von Aufgaben
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie termin- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Analytische, strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen, hohe Auffassungsgabe sowie selbstständiges Arbeiten und Teamfähigkeit
