### Funktionen:

  • Herstellung von Formteilen und Werkzeugen nach Vorgabe sowie Vorbereitung von Reparaturen (Aufnahme IST-Stand)
  • Erstellung der Programme für Bohr-/Fräs- und Erodier-Prozesse mittels CAD-/CAM-Software
  • Planung der Fertigungsabläufe für den Werkzeubau sowie Abwicklung und Herstellung freigegebener Komponenten von Werkzeugen/Vorrichtungen
  • fertigungstechnische und fertigungsorganisatorische Betreuung der Hauptarbeitstechniken des Werkzeugbaues
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Informationssystems für die Projektabwicklung
  • Einhaltung der Vorgaben des QM-Systems

### Anforderungen:

  • umfassende Kenntnisse über die im Werkzeugbau angewendeten Fertigungsverfahren hinsichtlich Einsatzgebiet/-grenzen, Effektivität und Sicherheit sowie Methoden der Qualitätssicherung
  • umfassende Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten in der Handhabung von CAD-/CAM-Software (von Vorteil: ZW3D, DEPOCAM, SOLIDWORKS)
  • Fähigkeit, die Eignung von Technologien, Methoden und Verfahren aufgrund praktischer Arbeitserfahrungen zu beurteilen und ständig zu erweitern
  • Positive Einstellung zur Arbeit sowie Motivation
  • Eigenverantwortung und Zielstrebigkeit
  • Genauigkeit sowie Sorgfältigkeit
