Deine Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung der Wareneingangskontrolle für alle eingehenden Werkzeuge
  • Austausch und Bereitstellung von Werkzeugen in den Regalen vor den Produktionsmaschinen
  • Begutachtung, Einstellung und präzises Vermessen von Werkzeugen
  • Dokumentation und Pflege aller Werkzeugdaten, inklusive Bestandsführung, Eingabe von Standzeiten, Ausfüllen von Bedarfsanforderungen und Dokumentation von Werkzeugbrüchen
  • Auswahl und Vorbereitung von Werkzeugen zum Nachschleifen
  • Eigenständige Durchführung kleinerer Reparatur- und Ausbesserungsarbeiten

Deine Qualifikation:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Werkzeugen in der metallverarbeitenden Serienfertigung
  • Ausgeprägte handwerkliche Fähigkeiten sowie eine sorgfältige, genaue und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie sicherer Umgang mit Messmitteln und Werkzeugen
  • Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
