Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine freundliche, teamorienterte und engagierte Medizinische Fachangestellte oder Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) vorzugsweise in Vollzeit für den Bereich Anmeldung.

Wir sind eine internistische/gastroenterologische Praxis im Zentrum von Frankfurt Höchst (ca. 5 min. zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Höchst entfernt). Unser Schwerpunkt liegt in gastroenterologischen Endoskopien (Magen- und Darmspiegelung, inkl. Polypektomien) und in der Behandlung von gastroenterologischen Krankheitsbildern. Unsere Praxis steht für fachliche Kompetenz, ein wertschätzendes Miteinander und eine patientenorientierte Versorgung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Herzlicher Empfang und Betreuung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten

Organisation und Vergabe von Terminen

Telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation mit Patienten, Ärzten und Kliniken

Patientenaufnahme, Verwaltung und digitale Dokumentation

Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben und Praxisorganisation

Bei Bedarf weitere anfallende Praxistätigkeiten

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische Fachangestellte (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Freundliches und sicheres Auftreten, auch in stressigen Situationen

Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit

Erfahrung oder Interesse im Bereich Gastroenterologie von Vorteil, aber nicht Voraussetzung
