## Das wartet auf sie

  • Bearbeiten und Verwalten von Kundenaufträgen von der Erfassung bis zur abschließenden Abwicklung
  • Prüfen und Buchen von Gutschriften sowie Bearbeiten von Kundenreklamationen
  • Unterstützen des Einkaufs bei Bestellungen und Rechnungsprüfungen
  • Pflegen und Aktualisieren von Kundendaten und Auftragsinformationen im ERP-/SAP-System
  • Übernehmen allgemeiner administrativer Aufgaben im Vertriebsinnendienst
  • Koordinieren und Abstimmen mit den Bereichen Vertrieb, Buchhaltung und Logistik

## Das bringen sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Industriekauffrau (m/w/d), Kauffrau für Büromanagement (m/w/d) oder im Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement
  • Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Kommunikationsstärke und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP-/CRM-Systemen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
