Wir suchen für unsere fünf Geschäfte in der Lüneburger Innenstadt ab dem 1.11.2026 ein Unterstützung in Vollzeit. Die regelmäßige Arbeitszeit beträgt unter der Woche von 10:00 bis 19:00 Uhr und samstags von 10:00 bis 18:00 Uhr. Nach Absprache gibt es einen festen freien Tag unter der Woche, ein Samstag im Monat ist immer frei.

Wir sind ein Fachgeschäft für Damenbekleidung, von daher ist intensive Kundenberatung bei uns absolut wichtig. Freude und Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen ist bei uns absolut wichtig. Ein empathischer, offener Umgang mit den Kunden ist bei uns Voraussetzung

Eine solide Kenntnis des Warensortimentssowie der Materialkunde sollte vorhanden sein, ebenso wie die Bereitschaft, sich in unser Sortiment einzuarbeiten.

Zuverlässigkeit, Motivation und Engagement sind für uns wichtige Faktoren.

Wir sind ein kleines, familiäres Team und müssen uns immer gegenseitig aufeinander verlassen können.
