Wir suchen Mitarbeiterinnen für unser "Herz" der Pegasus Klinik. *Die Rezeption in unserer Eltern-Kind-Vorsorgeklinik sucht engagierte und motivierte Mitarbeiterinnen, die Freude am Umgang mit Menschen haben. Die Rezeption ist der Hauptansprechpartner für unsere Patient*innen und beantwortet allgemeine Fragen zum Ort, der Umgebung und Fragen zum Klinikalltag.

### Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

  • Übernahme von Früh-, und Spätdiensten (Frühdienstbeginn: 08:00 Uhr, Spätdienstende 18:00 Uhr ) an der Rezeption der Klinik.
  • Vermittlung eingehender und ausgehender Telefongespräche
  • Erster Ansprechpartner für Patienten\*innen
  • Verkauf- und Kassiertätigkeiten
  • Überwachung der verschiedenen Überwachungs- / und Notrufeinrichtungen
  • Sicherstellung einer angemessenen Dokumentation
  • 15h a´Woche

### Das bringen Sie mit

  • idealerweise ausgebildet im Hotelfach oder Berufserfahrung im Gastgewerbe
  • Natürliche Umgangsformen und ein überzeugendes, freundliches Auftreten
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Diskretion
  • Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Zuverlässigkeit
  • Interkulturelle Kompetenz
