Mitigation Lead Technician

Description

Paul Davis Restoration, a leader in property damage emergency services, is looking for a reliable and motivated Mitigation and Contents Lead to join our growing team. This full-time position plays a key role in responding to water, fire, mold, and other property damage events.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Lead and supervise mitigation crews on job sites
• •Respond to emergency situations including water and fire damage
• •Perform restoration services: water extraction, drying, mold remediation, and content cleaning
• •Monitor equipment and document losses
• •Maintain organized job sites and company vehicles
• •Provide excellent customer service and mentor new team members
• •Ensure safety practices are followed at all times

Requirements

• •High School Diploma or equivalent
• •Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• •Ability to lift 20–100 lbs and perform physically demanding work
• •Strong communication and leadership skills
• •Willingness to work overtime and be on-call as needed
• •IICRC certifications a plus (or willingness to obtain)
• •Bilingual a plus
