Gemeinsam mit deinem Team gestaltest du den Alltag nach dem Unterricht und begleitest die Kinder in einer wichtigen Zeit des Tages. Du beaufsichtigst die Kinder, gibst ihnen Raum für Spiel, Freizeit und soziale Kontakte und gestaltest bei Bedarf kleinere pädagogische Spiel- und Freizeitangebote. Auch bei den Hausaufgaben kannst du die Kinder im Rahmen der freiwilligen Hausaufgabenzeit unterstützen und schaffst insgesamt eine verlässliche und angenehme Atmosphäre.

Ein Quereinstieg ist bei uns möglich – wichtig ist vor allem Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern, Verlässlichkeit und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen. Erfahrungen im pädagogischen Bereich sind wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.

Darüber hinaus erwarten Sie regelmäßige Veranstaltungen, wie beispielsweise das ASB-Sommerfest, individuelle Fort- und Weiterbildungsangebote („Skill-Updates nach Maß“) sowie eine engagierte WunderKinder-Verwaltung im Hintergrund, die Sie in Ihrer täglichen Arbeit unterstützt und entlastet. Arbeitszeiten: 12 Stunden/Woche von Montag bis Freitag, in der Regel am frühen Nachmittag.
