Mitverkaufender Verkaufsleiter (m/w/d) Neuwagen AUDI

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Volle Ergebnis- und Markenverantwortung für die Marken AUDI & CUPRA an den Standorten Weilheim und Penzberg der Auto & Service PIA im Bereich Neuwagen Einzelabnehmer
  • Mitverkauf von Neufahrzeugen der Marke AUDI am Standort
  • Disziplinarische und fachliche Führungsverantwortung für das Verkaufsteam inklusive der kontinuierlichen Motivation und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter
  • Prozessverantwortung für die kontinuierliche Sicherstellung, Steuerung und Optimierung der Verkaufsprozesse mit dem Ziel maximaler Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Optimierung der Marktausschöpfung auf Basis systematischer Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung
  • Planung, Steuerung und Controlling betriebswirtschaftlicher Kennzahlen zur sicheren Erreichung der Verkaufs- und Unternehmensziele

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung im Kfz-Gewerbe oder fachbezogenes Studium wünschenswert
  • Berufserfahrung als Verkaufsleiter (m/w/d) für Neuwagen von Vorteil
  • Fundiertes Branchenwissen im Automobilverkauf sowie betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
  • Exzellente Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Zielorientiertes Führungsverständnis und Mitarbeiterorientierung
  • Professionelles, positives und kompetentes Auftreten
  • Ausgeprägtes Engagement
