  • AUFGABENPROFIL Administration, Weiterentwicklung und Betrieb der
  • Ivanti MDM-Umgebung für Apple iPhones und iPads Verantwortung für
  • den gesamten Lifecycle mobiler Endgeräte, von der Bereitstellung bis
  • zum sicheren Betrieb Erstellung und Pflege von Richtlinien,
  • Konfigurationsprofilen sowie Compliance- und Sicherheitsvorgaben
  • Analyse und Behebung komplexer Störungen im 2nd- und
  • 3rd-Level-Support einschließlich Monitoring der MDM-Landschaft
  • Mitarbeit an Projekten rund um Apple Enterprise Management, Mobile
  • Security und die Weiterentwicklung des Digital Workplace DEIN
  • QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, z. B.
  • Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, oder vergleichbare
  • Qualifikation Erfahrung in der Administration von MDM-/UEM-Lösungen,
  • idealerweise mit Ivanti Fundierte Kenntnisse im Management von Apple
  • iPhones und iPads sowie in iOS/iPadOS und Mobile Security Kenntnisse
  • in Netzwerktechnologien (WLAN, VPN, DNS, Proxy) sowie idealerweise
  • erste Erfahrungen mit PowerShell oder anderen Automatisierungstools
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift WIR BIETEN
