OTC Fleet Services is hiring a dependable Mobile Equipment Mechanic to serve the Lancaster area. This hybrid position combines on-site work with local travel to service forklifts, pallet trucks, and lifts for our commercial clients. Main Duties:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain mobile equipment: forklifts, pallet trucks, boom lifts, and scissor lifts

Provide courteous, professional customer service at all times

Maintain a clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant work environment

Work independently in the field and manage assigned jobs

Typical start time: 6:00 AM , following the initial training period

Requirements:

Previous experience with forklifts, lifts, or heavy equipment repairs

Strong mechanical, hydraulic , and electrical system knowledge (6–48 volt)

Experience with mobile service work preferred

Provide your own hand and power tools (up to ½” drive)

Clean driving record

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Basic computer skills; ability to manage electronic work orders

Dependable, self-motivated, and professional demeanor

Stable work history
