We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Service Technician to join our growing service team.

Position Overview

As a Mobile Service Technician, you will provide high-quality maintenance and repair services for vehicles at customers’ locations — bringing dealership expertise directly to them. This role is perfect for a highly skilled technician who thrives on autonomy, enjoys face-to-face customer interactions, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• •Perform mobile maintenance and repair services on Chevrolet vehicles at customer locations.
• •Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic equipment and manufacturer resources.
• •Complete scheduled service appointments accurately and efficiently.
• •Ensure high standards of workmanship while meeting safety and quality protocols.
• •Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent.
• •Provide clear communication to customers regarding services performed and recommendations.
• •Collaborate with service advisors and dispatch to ensure smooth workflow and scheduling.
• •Uphold dealership image through professional interaction and exceptional customer care.

Requirements

• •Prior experience as an automotive technician, with strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• •Comfort performing service on a variety of systems (engine, brakes, suspension, electrical, etc.).
• •Strong communication skills and customer service focus.
• •Ability to work independently and travel within the service area.
• •Familiarity with Chevrolet/LGM-authorized tools and procedures is a plus.
• •Must be able to lift tools and parts as needed, and complete hands-on work outdoors when required.
• •Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• •Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
