  • Du führst ganzheitliche, aktivierende Grund- und Behandlungspflege durch
  • die Pflegeplanung und Pflegedokumentation machst Du gewissenhaft
  • zudem beräts und betreust Du unsere Patient:innen, sowie deren Angehörige

#### Das bringst Du mit

  • eine abgeschlossene dreijährige Berufsausbildung als Altenpfleger (m/w/d), als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d) bzw. als Pflegefachkraft , MFA oder Pflegehelfer (m/w/d) mit LG1 und LG2 Schein
  • einen Führerschein der Klasse 3/B
  • hohes Einfühlungsvermögen und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Lust darauf mit Deinem Einsatz zum Erfolg beizutragen
  • Freude am Umgang mit älteren und/oder kranken Menschen
