  • Die BergerFM GmbH ist ein Full-Service-Dienstleister im Bereich der Immobilienbetreuung. Unser Leistungsspektrum umfasst Hausmeisterservice, Grünpflege, Winterdienst, Gebäudeleittechnik, Brandschutz sowie Wartung und Instandhaltung technischer Einrichtungen.

Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung und Kontrolle mehrerer Objekte im Raum Hannover
  • Durchführung von Kleinreparaturen und allgemeinen Hausmeistertätigkeiten
  • Dokumentation und Meldung von Schäden
  • Unterstützung bei Instandsetzungsarbeiten
  • Ansprechpartner vor Ort für Kunden und Nutzer

Anforderungen:

  • Handwerkliche Fähigkeiten und technisches Grundverständnis
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich, weitere Klassen von Vorteil
