Your role
We are looking for a Modern Workplace Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft 365, spanning collaboration, identity, and endpoint management . In this role, you will design and lead complex enterprise transformation initiatives, taking end-to-end architectural ownership across the Modern Workplace ecosystem.
You are comfortable taking architectural responsibility across the Modern Workplace stack — from collaboration workloads through identity to modern endpoint management — and can adapt your focus depending on project needs (migration, transformation, modernization, or optimization).
Your project
- User, device, and workload migrations between Microsoft tenants
- Hybrid to cloud transformations
- Endpoint modernization (Intune adoption, co‑management exit, Windows 11 / Windows 365)
- Collaboration platform consolidation and optimization
- Security posture assessment and improvements implemented in collaboration with security teams
- Governance definition across M365 workloads (identity, collaboration, security)
Your tasks
- Lead the architecture and technical direction of Modern Workplace / M365 transformations, acting as design authority for assigned solutions
- Take architectural ownership of M365 solutions across collaboration, identity, and endpoint management, ensuring alignment with enterprise security standards
- Design and document target architectures, migration approaches, and transition states for enterprise customers
- Assess dependencies and the impact of architectural changes across platforms and services
- Capture requirements and shape solutions in collaboration with clients, delivery teams, and security stakeholders
- Articulate architectural objectives, options, and business benefits during transition and transformation phases
- Support delivery teams with ongoing architectural guidance throughout implementation
Your profile
- Experience as an Architect or Senior Engineer with proven thought leadership in M365 and Modern Workplace solutions
- Strong background in both collaboration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) or endpoint management (Intune / Modern Device Management)
- Ability to translate business challenges into technical architectures at various levels of detail.
- Excellent communication skills with confidence in presenting architecture options, business cases, and recommendations to technical teams, stakeholders, and client leadership.
- Identity and access architecture including Entra ID (Azure AD), hybrid identity, and Active Directory
- Automation and scripting (PowerShell)
- Tenant to tenant migrations, carve outs, mergers, or divestments across M365 workloads
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
