RESPONSIBILITIES:

• •Start-Finish of new and repair tooling
• •Fabrication of tooling is produced on time and efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
• •Preventative maintenance of molds
• •Repairs and modifications of existing tooling
• •Coordinate jobs with CNC and EDM departments
• •Flexibility with hours as overtime may occur on a regular basis

Requirements

• •Minimum of 10 years of experience in mold making
• •Operational knowledge of tool room equipment including lathes, mills, grinders, etc.
• •Strong organization skills
• •Extremely detailed-oriented with high degree of accuracy of .0002 tolerance
• •Self-starter with ability to work independently
• •Strong math skills
• •Excellent attendance and punctuality mandatory

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• •Good mobility, energy level and ability to routinely lift 50 pounds
• •Requires good visual and audio acuity
• •Must be willing and able to operate a forklift - we will train
