Im Auftrag unseres renommierten Kunden in 92224 Amberg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt zuverlässige Molkereimeister/Molkereitechniker (m/w/d) mit Übernahmeoptionen.

Hauptaufgaben :

  • Produktionsabläufe koordinieren und überwachen
  • Im Mehrschichtsystem Personaleinsatzplanung, Personalführung und -Weiterentwicklung
  • Qualitätsmanagement und Logistik
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Produktionsplanung
  • Arbeitssicherheits-, Hygiene- und Umweltschutzvorschriften einhalten

Qualifikationen/Anforderungen :

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Molkereimeister/-techniker(m/w/d)
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Molkereibereich
  • Technisches Verständnis für Maschinen/Anlagen
  • Führungs- und organisatorisches Geschick
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit im 3-Schicht Betrieb
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
