Monitor de SSO

Serás responsable de brindar soporte en la implementación, seguimiento y mejora continua del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional (SSO).

Responsabilidades

Monitorear los aspectos físicos del ambiente laboral.

Verificar el uso adecuado del equipo de protección personal (EPP)

Documentar y reportar incumplimientos o áreas de mejora detectadas durante las inspecciones.

Impartir y apoyar en las inducciones institucionales en temas de SSO.

Difundir los riesgos por puestos de trabajo según matrices de riesgo al personal operativo.

Requisitos

Estudiante universitario en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín.

Experiencia mínima de 2 años de experiencia ocupando cargos similares.

Indispensable monitor de SSO registrado y avalado por MINTRAB

Conocimiento del Acuerdo Gubernativo Número 229-2014 y reformas.
