· Memantau Status ATM

  • Mengecek apakah mesin ATM online/offline secara real-time
  • Memastikan semua layanan (tarik tunai, cek saldo, transfer) berjalan normal

· Monitoring Sistem & Jaringan

  • Memantau koneksi jaringan ATM ke server pusat
  • Menggunakan sistem monitoring internal atau tools seperti IBM Netcool atau Nagios

· Deteksi & Penanganan Gangguan

  • Mengidentifikasi error (misalnya ATM down, cash out, kartu tertelan)
  • Melakukan troubleshooting awal atau eskalasi ke tim teknisi

· Koordinasi dengan Tim Terkait

  • Berkomunikasi dengan teknisi lapangan, vendor, atau IT support
  • Follow-up sampai masalah terselesaikan

· Monitoring Cash & Transaksi

  • Memantau ketersediaan uang di ATM (cash level)
  • Mengantisipasi ATM kehabisan uang (cash out)

· Pelaporan

  • Membuat laporan harian terkait status ATM
  • Mencatat incident, downtime, dan penyelesaian masalah
