- Melakukan monitoring status mesin ATM/CRM/CDM secara real-time melalui sistem.
- Mengidentifikasi gangguan (down, error, cash out, dll) dan melakukan eskalasi ke tim terkait.
- Memastikan penanganan gangguan sesuai SLA yang ditentukan.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim FLM/CIT/teknisi untuk percepatan penanganan.
- Melakukan follow up hingga mesin kembali normal (uptime terjaga).
- Menginput dan mengupdate tiket/incident pada sistem monitoring.
- Menyusun laporan gangguan dan performa ATM (harian/mingguan/bulanan).
- Melakukan analisa awal terhadap penyebab gangguan (troubleshooting basic).
- Memastikan ketersediaan cash ATM melalui koordinasi dengan tim CIT.
- Menjaga akurasi data dan dokumentasi operasional.
