Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Inbetriebnahme, Justage und Kalibrierung von PC-gesteuerten Geräten
  • Mechanische Montage von komplexen Prüf- und Messgeräten gemäß Zeichnungsunterlagen
  • Mechanische, pneumatische, hydraulische Teile nach überwiegend standardisierten Methoden bzw. nach CAD-Zeichnungen oder eView montieren und ggf. einsteuern von Red- und Greenlines
  • Prüfung und Kontrolle von mechanischen Anlagen
  • Kundenspezifische Anpassungen und Änderungen am Gesamtgerät
  • Bearbeiten von mechanischen Komponenten durch Bohren, Sägen, Drehen, Fräsen
  • Fehlersuche bzw.-analyse bei mechanischen Komponenten
  • Erstellen von Werkstattinfos in Absprache mit Supervisor

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Berufsausbildung (z.B. Mechatroniker*in, Elektriker*in, Mechaniker*in, Uhrmacher*in)
  • Kenntnisse in der Inbetriebnahme und dem Lesen in E-Plänen erforderlich
  • Erste Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen auf dem Gebiet der Fertigung von optischen Komponenten und Baugruppen von Vorteil
  • Eigenständige, strukturierte und engagierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ein hohes Maß an Engagement und Freude am Arbeiten im Team
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office, ERP, eDrawing, Phoenix PDM, eView
