Ihr Profil:

  • Know-how: Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis. Erfahrung mit mechanischer Montage oder Elektronik von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung. Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Messwerkzeugen (z. B. Multimeter) wünschenswert
  • Persönlichkeit: Sorgfältige, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit und Lernbereitschaft

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Montage: Zusammenbau von Antennenkomponenten nach technischen Zeichnungen sowie das Verschrauben und Justieren mechanischer Teile.
  • Qualitätsprüfung & Dokumentation: Durchführung von Funktions- und Qualitätsprüfungen, wie beispielsweise Durchgangs- und Empfangstests. Dokumentation der Testergebnisse und die Übermittlung von Rückmeldungen an das Entwicklungsteam.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Optimierung der Montageabläufe.
