MONTAGEDISPONENT (M/W/D) IN RHEINAU-LINX UND ISSERODA

IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Bearbeitung von Gewerkabnahmen und Hausübergabeprotokollen sowie allen anderen Meldungen von der Baustelle durch den Bauleiter (m/w/d) und die Montage-Teams
  • Die Erstellung von Arbeitsaufträgen für die Monteure (m/w/d)
  • Bestellung und Koordination von Materialien und Transporten
  • Funktion des Ansprechpartners für den Kunden, schriftlich und am Telefon, sowie für interne Anfragen
  • Sonstige Arbeiten wie Rechnungskontrolle, Zusatzaufträge etc.

IHR PROFIL

  • Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sie bringen technisches Verständnis sowie Erfahrung mit EDV-Anwendungen (MS Office, SAP) mit
  • Ihre sichere Gesprächsführung gepaart mit einem souveränen Umgang mit Kunden sind Ihr Markenzeichen
  • Sie sind begeisterungsfähig und kontaktfreudig
  • Hohe Motivation, Zuverlässigkeit und Genauigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab
