Montagehelfer (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Montage von Geräten nach bebilderter Anweisung inklusive Prüfen und Verpacken der Produkte
  • Einhaltung von Qualitätsvorgaben und Prozessen zur Sicherstellung der Produktstandards
  • Montieren von Geräten nach visueller Montageunterstützung und Anleitung
  • Adaptieren in Prüfvorrichtungen nach spezifischen Anweisungen
  • Selektion von Materialien und Geräten in "Fail" (nicht gut) und "Pass" (gut) Kategorien
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Bereitschaft zur Wechselschichtarbeit, einschließlich Samstags- und Nachtschichten bei Bedarf
  • Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind zwingend erforderlich für die Kommunikation
  • Handwerkliches Geschick ist notwendig für die präzise Ausführung der Montagearbeiten
  • Erfahrung in der Montage ist zwingend erforderlich für die erfolgreiche Erfüllung der Aufgaben
  • Bei nicht EU-Bürgern sind Reisepass und Aufenthaltstitel zwingend erforderlich
  • Auszahlung von Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld
  • Intensive Einarbeitung durch einen persönlichen Mentor
