Montagehelfer (m/w/d) für Photovoltaik & Wärmepumpen

Wir suchen ab sofort motivierte und handwerklich geschickte Montagehelfer (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung unseres Teams bei der Installation von zukunftsweisenden Photovoltaik- und Wärmepumpenanlagen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Montage: Anbringen von Photovoltaik-Unterkonstruktionen und Solarmodulen auf Dächern sowie Mithilfe bei der Installation von Wärmepumpen.
  • Zuarbeit: Unterstützung unserer Fachkräfte (Elektriker/Anlagenmechaniker) bei allen anfallenden Tätigkeiten auf der Baustelle.
  • Materialtransport: Be- und Entladen der Transporter sowie fachgerechter Transport der Bauteile und Werkzeuge an den Montageort.
  • Kabelverlegung: Einfaches Verlegen von Solar- und Versorgungsleitungen.
  • Baustellenabwicklung: Vorbereitende Arbeiten, Baustelleneinrichtung und Aufräumarbeiten nach Abschluss der Installation

Ihr Profil:

  • Handwerkliches Geschick: Sie haben idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen im Handwerk, der Baubranche oder Haustechnik (Quereinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen!).
  • Höhentauglichkeit: Sie sind schwindelfrei und arbeiten sicher auf Dächern.
  • Teamfähigkeit: Sie packen tatkräftig mit an, sind zuverlässig und arbeiten gerne im Team.
  • Führerschein: Klasse B (alt: FS 3) ist wünschenswert.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für eine reibungslose Kommunikation auf der Baustelle.
