Ihre Aufgaben

  • Maschinen einrichten, starten und überwachen
  • Produktionsprozesse analysieren und optimieren
  • Material anfordern, bereitstellen und wechseln
  • Laufende Qualitätskontrollen durchführen
  • Arbeitssicherheit, Ordnung und Hygiene gewährleisten
  • Mitarbeit in verschiedenen Produktionsbereichen (Halbzeuge/Reifen)
  • Manuelle Transport- und Bestückungstätigkeiten

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Produktionserfahrung wünschenswert, jedoch nicht zwingend
  • Führerschein B von Vorteil
  • EDV-Kenntnisse auf Basisniveau
  • Bereitschaft zum Schichtsystem
  • Motivation für neue Aufgaben – auch ohne Vorerfahrung
  • Teamgeist, Sorgfalt und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Deutschkenntnisse B1–B2
