Die ESSE-RS GmbH mit Sitz in Tauberbischofsheim ist seit 1998 im Bereich Regal- und Stahlbaumontage tätig. Zur Verstärkung unseres 15-köpfigen Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Montagehelfer / Hilfsmonteur im Regalbau (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Montage, Demontage und Umbau verschiedener Regalsysteme, insbesondere Paletten-, Fachboden- und Kragarmregale
  • Unterstützung bei der Montage von Stahlkonstruktionen und Lagerbühnen
  • Arbeiten mit Hand- und Elektrowerkzeugen
  • Be- und Entladen von Material sowie Vorbereitung der Baustellen
  • Durchführung der Arbeiten nach Montageunterlagen und Anweisung des Teamleiters
  • Einhaltung der geltenden Arbeits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Bundesweite Montageeinsätze bei unseren Kunden

### Ihr Profil

  • Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Montage, Metallbau oder Regalbau ist von Vorteil, jedoch keine Voraussetzung
  • Quereinsteiger sind ausdrücklich willkommen und werden entsprechend eingearbeitet
  • Zuverlässige, selbstständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu bundesweiten Montageeinsätzen und mehrtägigen Dienstreisen
  • Führerschein Klasse B ist von Vorteil, aber keine zwingende Voraussetzung
  • Russischkenntnisse sind vorteilhaft, da ein wesentlicher Teil der internen Kommunikation innerhalb unserer Montageteams auf Russisch erfolgt
  • Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
