Wir sind ein international operierendes Unternehmen und seit über 60 Jahren im Anlagen- und Maschinenbau erfolgreich tätig. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine/n erfahrene/n

  • Montageleiter/-in (m/w/d)
  • für den Aufbau von Sonderanlagen und Maschinen

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Planung, Organisation und Überwachung von nationalen und internationalen Montageeinsätzen
  • Fachliche Führung, Koordination und Anleitung von firmeninternen und externen Montageteams beim Kunden
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Terminen, Qualität, Sicherheits- und Arbeitszeitvorschriften
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Projektleitern und internen Abteilungen
  • Dokumentation und Berichterstattung des Montage - und Projektfortschritts
  • Mechanische Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Wartung/Reparatur von Maschinen und Anlagen im Werk und hauptsächlich beim Kunden
  • Technische Problemlösung und Fehlerdiagnose

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Weiterbildung zum Meister oder vergleichsweise wünschenswert
  • Berufserfahrung in der Montage und Inbetriebnahme im Anlagen - oder Maschinenbau
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von Montageteams
  • Weltweite Reisebereitschaft und sicherer Umgang in internationalen Baustellensituationen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Technisches Verständnis, Hands-on-Mentalität und hohe Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
