Die A&P GmbH ist ein wachsendes Unternehmen im Bereich hochwertiger Aluminium-Überdachungslösungen. Wir planen und realisieren Terrassenüberdachungen, Carports und Wintergärten für anspruchsvolle Kunden – professionell, termintreu und mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Organisation von Montageteams
  • Koordination und Überwachung von Baustellen im Bereich Terrassenüberdachungen und Carports
  • Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards bei der Montage
  • Direkter Ansprechpartner für Kunden vor Ort
  • Dokumentation der Baustellenfortschritte und enger Austausch mit der Projektleitung

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Handwerk (z. B. Metallbauer, Schlosser, Zimmermann o. ä.)
  • 2–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der Montage oder im Bauwesen
  • Erste Führungserfahrung oder Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B (Klasse BE von Vorteil)
