Ihr Profil:✓ Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und behalten auch bei vielfältigen Aufgaben den Überblick✓ Sie verfügen über strategisches Denken und haben Freude daran, die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Montage aktiv mitzugestalten✓ Sie bringen mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in der Montage mit und haben idealerweise bereits Montageteams mit rund 50 Mitarbeitenden erfolgreich geführt✓ Gute EDV-Kenntnisse ✓ Sie verstehen es, Mitarbeitende zu motivieren, klare Ziele zu setzen und eine verlässliche sowie wertschätzende Zusammenarbeit zu fördern✓ Den Führerschein der Klasse B
