Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sanierungs- und Revitalisierungsarbeiten an der Gebäudehülle
  • Fassadenarbeiten mit WDVS und VHF-Systemen
  • Durchführung von Sanierungen nach Wasserschäden
  • Auf- und Abbau von Trocknungsgeräten
  • Feuchtigkeitsmessungen und Dokumentation im Rahmen der Schadenssanierung
  • Eigenverantwortliche Organisation kleiner Baustellen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung (z.B. Fassader:in, Maler:in, Maurer:in, Zimmerer:in)
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung in Sanierung, Reparatur oder Servicebereich
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Geübter Umgang mit Kund:innen und digitalen Tools (Smartphone/Tablet) Führerschein Klasse B + E
