Zur Verstärkung unseres Montageteams suchen wir motivierte Fachkräfte (m/w/d) für die Montage von Photovoltaikanlagen. Als regionaler Marktführer legen wir größten Wert auf Qualität, Teamarbeit und saubere Ausführungen – ohne Einsatz von Subunternehmern.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Montage von Photovoltaikanlagen auf Steil- und Flachdächern
  • Vorbereitende Arbeiten zur Installation von Unterkonstruktionen und Modulen
  • Durchführung einfacher Dacharbeiten (z. B. Dachdurchführungen, Abdichtungen)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Elektrikern und Projektleitern vor Ort
  • Qualitätskontrolle und Dokumentation der Montagearbeiten

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Dachdecker/in, Zimmerer/in oder vergleichbare handwerkliche Ausbildung
  • Alternativ: Berufserfahrung im Handwerk und hohe handwerkliche Geschicklichkeit als Quereinsteiger
  • Schwindelfreiheit und körperliche Belastbarkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich
