  • suchen Monteur (m/w/d) für Getriebemontage in Vollzeit in Paderborn.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Montage von Getrieben und Antriebskomponenten nach technischen Zeichnungen und Stücklisten
  • Durchführung von Funktionsprüfungen und Dokumentation der Prüfergebnisse
  • Vormontage von Baugruppen sowie Justierung und Einstellung mechanischer Komponenten
  • Sicht- und Maßkontrolle der montierten Teile
  • Mitarbeit an der kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Montageprozesse
  • Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards

Was bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Metallbereich (z. B. Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker oder vergleichbar)
  • Erfahrung in der Montage wünschenswert, idealerweise in der Getriebemontage
  • Technisches Verständnis und sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
