Syrink Solar in Babenhausen installiert PV-Anlagen, Speicher und Wallboxen im Rhein-Main-Gebiet.

Deine Aufgaben: Montage von Unterkonstruktion und Solarmodulen auf Schräg- und Flachdächern, DC-Verkabelung, Gerüst auf- und abbauen, Baustelle sauber übergeben.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Berufserfahrung in der Montage von PV-Modulen auf Dächern (Voraussetzung)
  • Erfahrung mit Montagesystemen von SL Rack wünschenswert
  • Schwindelfreiheit und körperliche Belastbarkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Zuverlässigkeit und sauberes Arbeiten

Wir bieten:

  • 21 €/Stunde, nach der Probezeit 23 €/Stunde – fest im Vertrag
  • Montageprämie: 5 € pro installiertem kWp für das Team
  • Jeden Abend zu Hause: Einsätze nur im Rhein-Main-Gebiet, keine Montagewochen
  • Firmenfahrzeug für die Baustelle
  • Monatlicher Gutschein als steuerfreies Extra
  • Weiterbildung, z. B. zur Elektrofachkraft für festgelegte Tätigkeiten
  • Feste Anstellung in einem wachsenden Betrieb
