ARBEITSAUFGABEN:

Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Hochspannungs- und Isolationsprüfung einschl. Lokalisierung von Isolationsfehlern,

Herstellung der Medienanschlüsse,

Aufbau der notwendigen Prüf- und Messeinrichtung

Herstellung einfacher Prüfvorrichtungen

Durchführung von einfachen Transport- und Anbindearbeiten

Übernahme der Triebfahrzeuge aus der Endmontage nach Bauüberwachungsabnahme durch Qualitätssicherung und den ggf. Kun-den (PC09/PC10)

Verantwortliche Inbetriebsetzung aller Komponenten im Stand und fahrdynamisch auf AT-Prüfstrecken entsprechend der vorgege-benen Prüftechnologie

Montagearbeiten

Nachweis von Teilfunktionen mit Hilfe entsprechenden Prüf- und Messtechniken bzw. Prüfsoftware

Erfassung von Messdaten und Datenträgern

Eigenverantwortliche Lokalisierung von Fehlern im System, einschließlich Maßnahmen zur Beseitigung

Durchführung von Problemlösungen (z.B. QRQC) zur Vermeidung von Wiederholfehlern

Durchführung von Wägungen, Profilkontrollen,

Dichtigkeitsprüfungen am kompletten Triebfahrzeug

ANFORDERUNGEN und FÄHIGKEITEN

Abgeschlossene fachspez. mindestens dreijährige Berufsausbildung

mehrjährige fachspez. Berufserfahrung

die Aufgaben werden nach Zielvorgaben bearbeitet

Erfahrungen im Bereich Zugleittechnik (TCMS) und Umgang mit Software wünschenswert

gute Prüfkenntnisse und analytische Fähigkeiten

Zielorientierte, systematische, selbstständige, kosten- und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise, sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit

Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit

hohe Stressresistenz und Belastbarkeit

Schichtarbeit

Englisch in Wort und Schrift wünschenswert

Kenntnis und volle Erfüllung von AT EHS Anforderungen
