Monteur / Vorarbeiter (m/w/d) zur Leitung unserer eigenen Montagegruppe.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Leitung und Organisation der eigenen Montagegruppe
  • Koordination des Bauablaufs sowie des Montagematerials
  • Bestellung von benötigten Materialien
  • Fachgerechter Ein- und Ausbau von Fenstern, Rollläden und Haustüren
  • Sicherstellung hoher Qualitätsstandards und reibungsloser Arbeitsabläufe

Ihr Profil

  • Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Fenster- und Türenmontage von Vorteil
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (zwingend erforderlich)
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Motivation und Belastbarkeit (Heben von ca. 20 kg)
