Monteur / Vorrichtungsmonteur (m/w/d)

Aufgaben :

  • Montage und Demontage von hydraulischen und mechanischen Spannvorrichtungen
  • Wartung, Instandsetzung und Überholung von Spannvorrichtungen und Betriebsmitteln
  • Fehleranalyse sowie systematische Störungsdiagnose an hydraulischen und mechanischen Baugruppen
  • Austausch und Instandsetzung defekter Komponenten
  • Durchführung von Funktions- und Dichtigkeitsprüfungen
  • Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards sowie Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten

Profil :

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, z. B. als Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), Mechatroniker (m/w/d), Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Montage und Demontage von hydraulischen und mechanischen Spannvorrichtungen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Fehleranalyse und Instandsetzung von Vorrichtungen
  • Zwingend erforderliche Hydraulikkenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit hydraulischen Systemen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und technisches Verständnis
