What You’ll Do

Make high-volume cold calls and follow up with warm leads.

Pitch Aven, handle objections, and ask for the business.

Move qualified applicants quickly from first conversation to close.

Hit ambitious sales targets while delivering a great customer experience.

Mortgage sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Mortgage License (preferred)

What You Get

Uncapped commissions. Earn $1M+ annually. No ceiling on your earning potential.

Base salary.

Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commissions + stock options for top performers
