  • Lead the development and maintenance of product guidelines, matrices, and procedural documentation, ensuring that all materials are accurate, current, and accessible to internal stakeholders, and that updates are communicated effectively across impacted teams.
  • Evaluate and interpret company and investor policies to develop internal procedures and product parameters that govern loan eligibility, pricing considerations, and borrower qualification standards for the assigned product set.
  • Collaborate with technology and systems teams to define business requirements for product-related system configurations, pricing engine updates, and loan origination system enhancements, serving as the business voice throughout development and user acceptance testing.
  • Monitor and report on key product performance metrics — including pull-through rates, fallout reasons, volume trends, and customer feedback — synthesizing findings into actionable recommendations that drive continuous product improvement and support LFS's strategic growth objectives.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, market research, and regulatory guidance to form well-reasoned product recommendations and decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex, non-routine projects simultaneously with a high degree of ownership, professional accountability, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill technical mortgage concepts into clear documentation, presentations, and procedural guidance for diverse internal audiences.
  • Proficiency in mortgage origination systems, pricing engines, and productivity tools, with the ability to serve as a business requirements resource during system configuration and enhancement projects.
