About this role

We're building out video content across web, social, and CTV, and we're looking for a hands-on motion design and video editor to help us shape it. We want someone with strong motion design chops, sharp production instincts, and genuine curiosity who can explore opportunities, pressure-test ideas, and bring structure and expertise to branded content.

Whether it’s quick-turn social cuts or a full-scale brand campaign video, you’ll collaborate with brand designers, product marketers, and growth marketers to deliver high quality visual content to elevate our brand. • What you'll do
• Lead concept development, storyboarding, shooting, and editing for digital-first content across platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Own projects end-to-end — from initial brief through final delivery — balancing creative quality, speed, and operational rigor
• Design and animate visually compelling motion graphics that bring the OpenX brand to life across formats and audiences
• Partner with third-party production agencies to bring campaign-level brand videos to life, offering creative direction, visual guidance, and ensuring output aligns with brand standards
• Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual stories — from sizzle reels to social teasers to explainer animations
• Identify workflow improvements and apply AI-enabled tools to enhance production speed and elevate quality
• Manage timelines and priorities across multiple projects while maintaining high design standards
• Stay current with visual trends across the marketing and advertising industry
