Graphic Designer Role: Graphic Designer

Experience: 2 + Years Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office)

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience creating engaging motion graphics and video creatives for digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube .

This role is ideal for someone with a strong agency background who understands how to create conversion-focused creatives that drive campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

• •Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and video creatives for paid digital campaigns.
• •Create engaging ad creatives for Meta, Google Display, YouTube, Reels, Stories, and Shorts .
• •Collaborate with Performance Marketing and Media Buying teams to develop campaign-specific creatives.
• •Develop multiple creative variations to support A/B testing and campaign optimization.
• •Edit videos, animate graphics, and deliver platform-specific assets within defined timelines.
• •Optimize creatives based on campaign objectives and performance insights while maintaining brand consistency.

Required Skills

Mandatory

• •2–4 years of Motion Graphics experience.
• •Prior experience in a Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing / Advertising Agency .
• •Strong expertise in:
• •Adobe After Effects
• •Adobe Premiere Pro
• •Adobe Photoshop
• •Adobe Illustrator

Experience creating creatives for Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

Strong understanding of :

• •Motion Graphics
• •Video Editing
• •2D Animation
• •Kinetic Typography
• •Performance Marketing Creatives
• •A/B Testing
• •Conversion-focused Creative Development

Preferred

• •Experience working on D2C, E-commerce, Lead Generation, or App Promotion campaigns.
• •Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools (Runway, Adobe Firefly, etc.).
• •Knowledge of platform-specific creative specifications and best practices.
