Physiotherapeuten/in zur Übernahme der Praxisleitung (m/w)

Ihre Aufgaben:

Leitung und Organisation des Praxisbetriebs - Durchführung physiotherapeutischer Behandlungen - Betreuung und Motivation unseres Teams - Weiterentwicklung unserer Praxisangebote - Bereitschaft zur Fortbildung

Wir bieten:

Arbeitszeit 25 bis 40 Std / wöchtl. - flexiblie Zeiteinteilung möglich - 4 Tage Woche möglich - 30 Tage Urlaub sowie 2 zusätzliche Fortbildungstage - Fortbildungen werden zum Teil finanziert - sehr gute Bezahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung - angenehmes, stressfreies Arbeitsumfeld - work life balance ist uns wichtig - Arbeiten im 30-min-Takt, davon 25 Min am Patienten, 5 Min für Organisatorisches oder zum Durchatmen

Ihr Profil:

abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Physiotherapeuten/in - idealerweise Zusatzquallifikationen wie Manuelle Lymphdrainage, manuelle Therapie oder PNF - Organisationstalent und Führungsqualitäten - Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
